This 110KW 4-pole 1400rpm three-phase induction motor realizes efficient energy conversion based on the core principle of electromagnetic induction. When three-phase alternating current is introduced into the stator windings, a rotating magnetic field with a synchronous speed of 1500rpm is generated instantly. This magnetic field cuts the rotor conductors, inducing electromotive force and induced current in the rotor, and the rotor rotates stably under the action of electromagnetic force, with its speed slightly lower than the synchronous speed, ensuring continuous and uniform power output for medium-speed industrial scenarios.
Structurally, it adopts a balanced rigidity design to adapt to medium-speed and heavy-load operation requirements. The stator is laminated with high-grade low-loss silicon steel sheets through optimized technology, which effectively reduces iron loss and improves magnetic conductivity. The windings are made of Class F insulation materials and manufactured by precision winding and vacuum impregnation processes, greatly enhancing insulation performance and heat resistance, enabling the motor to work continuously under long-term full-load conditions without insulation failure.
The rotor adopts a cast aluminum squirrel-cage structure, with conductor bars and end rings integrated by one-time casting, featuring high mechanical strength, moderate rotational inertia and excellent starting performance, which can cope with intermittent and frequent start-stop working conditions. Its performance parameters are fully optimized: rated power 110KW, rated speed 1400rpm, rated torque up to 746N·m, and the scientific ratio of starting torque to maximum torque ensures smooth start-up under heavy-load conditions. Complying with GB1 level energy efficiency standard, the motor has a power factor of ≥0.88, and both no-load loss and load loss are strictly controlled, achieving remarkable energy-saving effects in long-term operation.
Equipped with a cast iron machine base with reinforced structure, it boasts strong shock resistance and stable operation performance. High-precision sealed rolling bearings and an optimized lubrication system reduce friction loss and extend the service life of the motor.
