This product is a 90KW 6-pole 900rpm three-phase induction motor, which realizes stable energy conversion based on the electromagnetic induction principle. When three-phase alternating current is connected to the stator windings, a rotating magnetic field with a synchronous speed of 1000rpm is generated. The magnetic field cuts the rotor conductors to induce electromotive force and current, and the rotor rotates under the action of electromagnetic force, with its speed slightly lower than the synchronous speed, ensuring steady power output for low-speed working conditions.
Structurally, it adopts a heavy-duty design to adapt to low-speed and heavy-load operations. The stator is laminated with high-magnetic-permeability silicon steel sheets, and the optimized slot structure reduces iron loss and magnetic leakage. The windings use Class F insulation materials, combined with precision winding technology, which enhances heat resistance and insulation reliability, supporting long-term continuous operation under high-load conditions. The rotor adopts a cast aluminum squirrel-cage structure, with integrated casting of conductor bars and end rings, featuring high mechanical strength and excellent starting performance.
