This product is a 90KW 4-pole 1400rpm three-phase induction motor, operating stably based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When three-phase alternating current is supplied to the stator windings, a rotating magnetic field is generated. This field cuts the rotor conductors, inducing electromotive force and induced current in the rotor. Driven by electromagnetic force, the rotor rotates steadily, realizing efficient conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy. Its rotor speed is slightly lower than the 1500rpm synchronous speed, ensuring smooth and consistent power output for medium-speed industrial scenarios.
Structurally, it adopts a balanced rigidity design to适配 medium-speed operation requirements. The stator is laminated with high-grade silicon steel sheets using optimized technology, which reduces iron loss and enhances magnetic conductivity.
