This product is a 90KW 2-pole 2800rpm three-phase induction motor, which relies on the principle of electromagnetic induction for stable operation. When three-phase alternating current is introduced into the stator windings, a high-speed rotating magnetic field is generated instantly. This magnetic field cuts the rotor conductors, inducing electromotive force and induced current in the rotor. Driven by electromagnetic force, the rotor rotates rapidly, realizing efficient conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy, with the rotor speed slightly lower than the synchronous speed of 3000rpm, ensuring smooth and reliable power output.
Structurally, it adopts a high-rigidity design to adapt to high-speed operation. The stator is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets with optimized lamination technology, which minimizes iron loss and improves magnetic conductivity.
