This product is a 75KW 6-pole 900rpm three-phase induction motor, operating on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When three-phase alternating current is supplied to the stator windings, a rotating magnetic field is generated. This field cuts the rotor conductors, inducing electromotive force and current in the rotor. The rotor current is subjected to electromagnetic force in the rotating magnetic field, driving the rotor to rotate and realizing the efficient conversion of electrical energy to mechanical energy. The rotor speed is always lower than the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field, featuring core advantages of reliable structure and stable operation.

Structurally, it adopts a compact design. The stator is laminated with high-magnetic-permeability silicon steel sheets, and the windings are made of Class F insulation materials. The optimized slot design reduces copper loss and magnetic leakage, enhancing insulation reliability and heat dissipation performance. The rotor adopts a cast aluminum squirrel-cage structure, with integrated casting of conductor bars and end rings, ensuring high mechanical strength, excellent starting performance, and resistance to frequent start-stop conditions. The motor body is equipped with a cast iron frame, offering high rigidity and good shock resistance. High-precision rolling bearings are selected, and the lubrication system is optimally designed to effectively extend the service life.
