This 55KW 4-pole 1400rpm three-phase asynchronous motor realizes high-efficiency electromechanical energy conversion based on the electromagnetic induction principle. Three-phase AC supplied to stator windings generates a rotating magnetic field; when the field cuts rotor conductors, induced electromotive force and current are produced, and the generated electromagnetic torque drives the rotor to rotate. The rotor always runs below synchronous speed, featuring stable operation, high energy conversion efficiency and strong load adaptability, acting as a reliable power core for medium and heavy industrial equipment.
In structural design, premium components and sophisticated craftsmanship ensure long-term stable operation under harsh conditions. The stator is laminated with cold-rolled silicon steel sheets to minimize iron loss and enhance energy-saving performance. Windings use high-strength electromagnetic wires, processed via vacuum pressure impregnation and high-temperature curing, reaching Class F insulation with excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance and insulation stability. It adopts a cast-aluminum squirrel-cage rotor with small moment of inertia and outstanding starting performance, suitable for frequent start-stop working conditions. The cast iron frame has high rigidity and good shock absorption; the integrated end cover and bearing seat guarantee high coaxiality, effectively reducing operation vibration and noise.

Rated power 55KW, rated pole number 4, synchronous speed 1500rpm, rated speed 1400rpm with a reasonable slip ratio for smooth and powerful power output. Rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz, power factor ≥0.90, efficiency ≥93.5%, complying with national high-efficiency motor norms to cut enterprise energy costs significantly.
