This 45KW 6-pole 900rpm three-phase asynchronous motor achieves high-efficiency electromechanical energy conversion based on the electromagnetic induction principle. Three-phase alternating current is fed into the stator windings to generate a rotating magnetic field; when the magnetic field cuts the rotor conductors, induced electromotive force and current are generated, and the resultant electromagnetic torque drives the rotor to rotate. The rotor speed is permanently lower than the synchronous speed, featuring stable operation, high energy conversion efficiency and strong load adaptability, serving as a reliable power core for various industrial equipment.
In structural design, it adopts high-quality components and exquisite craftsmanship to ensure long-term stable operation. The stator is laminated with cold-rolled silicon steel sheets to minimize iron loss and enhance energy-saving performance. The windings use high-strength electromagnetic wires, treated with vacuum pressure impregnation and high-temperature curing, reaching Class F insulation grade with excellent heat resistance, moisture resistance and insulation stability. It adopts a cast-aluminum squirrel-cage rotor with small moment of inertia and excellent starting performance, suitable for frequent start-stop working conditions. The cast iron frame has high rigidity and good shock absorption; the integrated design of end cover and bearing seat ensures high coaxiality, effectively reducing operation vibration and noise.

Rated power is 45KW, rated pole number 6, synchronous speed 1000rpm, rated speed 900rpm with a reasonable slip ratio for smooth and powerful power output. Rated voltage 380V, rated frequency 50Hz, power factor ≥0.89, efficiency ≥93%, complying with high-efficiency motor energy efficiency norms to reduce enterprise energy costs. Locked-rotor torque multiple ≥1.8, maximum torque multiple ≥2.3, with strong overload capacity to cope with sudden load fluctuations.
