37KW 2-Pole Three-Phase Induction Motor Introduction
This 37KW three-phase induction motor is a high-power industrial drive core, featuring a 2-pole configuration and a rated speed of 2800 RPM—closely approaching the 3000 RPM synchronous speed under 50Hz three-phase alternating current (AC) power supply. Its operation is based on the core principle of electromagnetic induction: three-phase AC supplied to the stator windings generates a high-intensity uniform rotating magnetic field (RMF), which cuts the rotor conductors to induce high-density electromotive force (EMF) and eddy currents. The interaction between these induced currents and the RMF produces robust electromagnetic torque, driving the rotor to rotate asynchronously with a low slip ratio (2%-4% at rated load), ensuring efficient and stable power transmission for heavy-duty equipment.
Structurally engineered for high-load endurance, the motor adopts a thickened cast-iron frame with IP55 protection class, providing exceptional mechanical rigidity, dustproof, and waterproof performance to withstand harsh industrial environments like heavy-duty workshops and high-temperature facilities. The stator is equipped with high-purity oxygen-free copper windings encapsulated in Class H insulation material (180℃ thermal endurance), minimizing copper loss and preventing insulation breakdown under high current. The 2-pole rotor uses a high-strength die-cast aluminum squirrel-cage structure with precision dynamic balancing, ensuring low rotational inertia and reliable operation, paired with double-sealed deep-groove ball bearings lubricated by high-temperature lithium-based grease to reduce frictional loss.
Key performance parameters meet heavy-duty industrial demands: rated voltage 380V (50Hz), rated current approximately 72A, power factor ≥0.89, starting torque 1.9 times the rated torque for reliable startup, and maximum torque 2.3 times the rated torque to cope with sudden load fluctuations. Compliant with IE3 energy efficiency standards, it minimizes energy consumption with noise emission ≤82dB at 1m. Widely used in centrifugal compressors, large fans, and heavy-duty pumps, it supports horizontal/vertical mounting. Regular insulation testing (≥2MΩ at 500V DC) and bearing maintenance extend service life, making it a high-reliability drive solution for heavy-industry scenarios.
